After-event pickup and return
For an evening in Ottawa, provide the actual venue address rather than only the event name. A Canadian Tire Centre event in Kanata and a downtown outing need different pickup plans; agree on the meeting point and the return time in advance.
Give the ticketed event date, expected finish time, passenger count and return addresses. Ask the organiser about vehicle access. Agree on a reachable meeting point for the group; event admission and any special parking must be confirmed separately.
